Article 10: Dissolution

Dissolution of this Society shall occur at the passage of suitable amendment to these By-Laws. The funds remaining in the treasury after payment of the incurred debts shall be donated to the American Cancer Society.

Add 

Article 10 A: Dissolution Decision and Effective Date

The Radiation Therapists of Wisconsin has voted to dissolve the society following a 30‑day notice of closure. The dissolution will take effect on [DATE]. Any remaining funds, after all outstanding debts are paid, will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

More information will be sent via email explaining the by-law amendment. On May 4th a survey will be sent via email for members to vote on the by-law amendment. Please reach out to Secretary Dana Peterson, dana.peterson.1994@gmail.com,  if you have any questions.
